KSRTC SWIFT Recruitment 2023 Educational Qualification:-

i) Candidate must have obtained a Heavy Driving License under the MV Act 1988. If selected, the conductor license must be obtained from the Motor Vehicle Department within the stipulated time. ii) Must have passed 10th class from a recognized board/institute. iii) Not less than five (5) years of driving experience in heavy passenger vehicles with more than thirty (30) seats. |
KSRTC SWIFT Recruitment 2023 Salary Details:-

| Drivers & Conductors | i) Only 1 duty per day and 1 weekly off per week will be allowed ii) Allowance of Rs.715/- per duty as wages. iii) Attendance weekly as per the duty roster prepared by the company Off is also eligible iv) Entitlement to Kilometer Allowance, Night Allowance, and Collection Bata as determined from time to time. |

Minimum 24 years and maximum 55 years of age as on the last date of submission of application.
